Our Snow Removal Memberships are designed to provide peace of mind and exceptional service during the winter months in North Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and surrounding areas. As a member, you’ll enjoy priority snow removal services and access to a range of benefits to ensure the integrity of your property throughout the winter season.

SNOW MONITORING PACKAGE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Winter Service Club Member Packages are only available for single-family homes. Annual Membership Fee covers the once a monthly roof snow and ice load monitor; it does not include the hourly labor rate. All work is subject to additional costs dependent on the scope of work to be completed.
Winter Service Work/Scheduling will be subject to neighborhood accessibility, road conditions, and hazardous weather conditions. In the event of neighborhood holiday trade restrictions, inclement weather, and/or road closures, all impacted scheduled services will be rescheduled to the next available, safe, and accessible day.
The Snow Monitoring Program Service dates begin November 1st, 2024, and end April 30th, 2025. Snow monitoring consists of just one site visit per month during the service dates of this program. The cost for this Program is $2,500 to join for the season regardless of when the member joins the service.
Mills Roofing Inc. is not obligated to perform services after the above stated date.
All Winter Service work must be requested and approved at the member’s discretion.
Prior to winter services work performed, a separate contractual agreement per visit will be provided by Mills Roofing Inc and must be signed and completed to the fullest extent before work will begin.
All contracted Winter Service Work is subject to the $175 per man per hour rate. Agreed upon work will be presented in an estimated hours format. Members will be responsible to pay for all man hours used to complete the work. All work paid with a Credit/Debit card will have a 3.5% convenience fee added to the final amount.
Snow Monitoring Members will exclusively have the standard $300 Truck Roll Fee waived.
Snow Monitoring: Monitor Club Members receive the exclusive monthly Snow Monitoring Service. This service includes a monthly site visit by a Mills Roofing Superintendent or Foreman who will perform a snow and ice load check. Documentation and potential suggested services will be provided to the member during each visit. Mills Roofing Inc. does not assume liability for any damage resulting from snow and ice-related events. While our diligent monitoring aims to minimize risks and promptly address potential issues, Snow Monitor Members acknowledge that extreme weather conditions can still cause damage beyond Mills Roofing Inc.’s control. There is no warranty or guarantee that Mills Roofing Inc.’s monitoring efforts will prevent damage from occurring. Members should remain proactive in implementing additional protective measures to safeguard their property during winter weather conditions.
Ground Snow Removal: Ground services are not included and are subject to the standard rate of $175 per man per hour. Ground Snow Removal services are exclusively available to Snow Monitoring Members only. This service applies only to snow that has accumulated on ground-level surfaces due to roof snow removal by Mills Roofing Inc.
Snow Monitoring Member service response times are subject to Mills Roofing Inc. business hours, defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
