Platinum & Gold Memberships

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Platinum and Gold Membership Packages are available for single-family homes only. The Annual Membership Fee covers priority scheduling, truck roll fees waived, locked-in hourly labor rates, and exclusive access to ground snow removal services upon request. All work is still subject to additional charges depending on the scope of work to be completed.

All Winter Service Member Agreements are subject to terms of service and the following observed holidays:

Christmas Break (12.24 – 12.28.2025), New Year’s Eve (12.31.2025), and New Year’s Day (1.1.2025).

Winter Service Work/Scheduling is subject to neighborhood accessibility, road conditions, and hazardous weather conditions. In the event of holiday trade restrictions, inclement weather, or road closures, impacted services will be rescheduled to the next available, safe, and accessible day.

The Winter Membership Program Service dates begin December 1st, 2025, and end April 30th, 2026.

Mills Roofing Inc. is not obligated to perform services before or after the dates stated above.

All Winter Service Work must be requested and approved at the member’s discretion.

Before work is performed, a separate contractual agreement per visit will be provided by Mills Roofing Inc. and must be signed and completed to the fullest extent before work begins. All contracted Winter Service Work is subject to the locked-in hourly labor rate for members.

All work will be presented in an estimated hours format.

Members are responsible for all man-hours and any materials used to complete the work.

All work paid with a Credit/Debit card will incur a 3.5% convenience fee added to the final amount.

GROUND SNOW REMOVAL – Members Only

Ground services are only available upon request for Platinum and Gold Winter Members. Ground snow removal is subject to the same locked-in hourly rates listed above and only applies to snow that has accumulated on ground-level surfaces due to rooftop snow removal.

RESPONSE TIMES

Winter Service response times are subject to Mills Roofing Inc. business hours, defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Winter Members acknowledge that extreme weather conditions can still cause damage beyond Mills Roofing Inc.’s control. While we will always do our best to respond promptly, no guarantee is made that damage can be entirely prevented or that work will be immediate. Membership is designed to increase readiness, priority, and service consistency, not to eliminate all winter-related roofing risks.
